Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to join their team in East Haven, Connecticut. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized professional with a passion for supporting legal operations. Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to attorneys and legal staff.
  • Managing legal documents and ensuring they are filed and maintained accurately.
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of legal documents and correspondence.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
  • Conducting research to support legal proceedings.
  • Communicating with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a legal assistant or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
Work Hours

Monday to Friday, first shift.

Additional Details

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 per year.
