Job SummaryEDU-AIDs is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of students with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with state and district standards.
- Teach subjects such as Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Statistics, or General Mathematics, depending on grade level.
- Assess student learning through assignments, quizzes, tests, and projects.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Utilize instructional technology and data-driven practices to improve student outcomes.
- Communicate regularly with parents, administrators, and school staff.
- Participate in school meetings, professional development, and extracurricular activities as required.
- Prepare lesson plans and maintain accurate student records..
- Valid State Teaching Certification/License in Mathematics.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Previous teaching experience preferred..
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze student performance data and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Strong knowledge of mathematics content and instructional strategies.
