Shop Rite - - Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Meat Department and its Associates to achieve the Department's goals in sales, profit, customer experience, and associate engagement;
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance within the Meat Department;
Lead onboarding, training, and development of department Associates;
Ensure proper stocking, labeling, display, and rotation of meat products;
Engage with customers to provide prompt, courteous service and promote promotions
