Cut and trim meat according to Company specifications;
Provide courteous customer service in the Meat Department;
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment;
Operate Meat Department equipment such as band saws, grinders, wrapping machines, power jacks, knives and cutters;
Rotate and stock meat cases and ensure proper product rotation
