Window Install and Service

Overview

Founded in 1960, East Haven Builders Supply supplies building materials to customers from locations in New York and Connecticut, including a wall panel and truss manufacturing facility.

Pay Rate
: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

• Install window products in various applications following manufacturer directions and warranty requirements.
• Take direction from the field supervisor and work with other installers as assigned and trained.
• Track time and materials for each installation project.
• Maintain all equipment in good order and report malfunctions to the field supervisor.
• Operate all equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Provide quality customer service.
• Attend training to learn new technology of building materials and installation methods as required by location management; cross-train in other areas to expand knowledge and expertise.
• Retain awareness of the work environment critical to the task at hand to produce error-free and damage-free results.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
• Adhere to the company's commitment to workplace safety.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 1 year of window installation/service experience required.

• Read and use a measuring tape and other required tools for complete installation.
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Available for overtime as needed.
