• Own general ledger functions, including account reconciliations, journalentriesand financial statement preparation
• Review and analyze account balances toidentifyanomalies and ensure accuracy
• Manage the reconciliation and accuracy of all account balances
• Prepare and analyze monthly,quarterly and annual financial reports
• Ensure financial reporting complies with company policies and accounting standards
• Support month-end and year-end close processes

• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights to support business decisions
• Monitor financial trends andidentifyopportunities for improvement
• Support strategic planning throughaccuratefinancial analysis and reporting

• Oversee cash management processes,reconciliation sand reporting
• Analyze variances and ensure accuracy of cash-related transactions
• Maintain and track fixed assets, including depreciation, insurance,licensing and reporting

• Conduct internal audits and recommend process improvements
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies
• Support tax reporting and regulatory compliance activities

• Lead financial software projects and system enhancements
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency
• Develop andmaintainaccounting procedures,documentation and training materials
• Collaborate with departments across the organization to streamline accounting processes

• Serve as a key contact for accounting-related questions and issues
• Mentor and support accounting team members
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across the business

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Advancedproficiencywith accounting systems and financial reporting tools
• Working knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting principles
• Experience preparing financial statements, performingreconciliationsand analyzing financial data
• Experience supporting audits and process improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountingor a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Strong financial analysis and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strategic thinking and sound business judgment
• Ability toidentifytrends,risksand opportunities within financial data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience leading projects and driving process improvements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Mentoring,coachingor team leadership experience
