Salary Range: $48,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are working with companies in East Lansing that are adding Office Managers to their teams. These organizations value quality over speed in hiring. By connecting with us, you position yourself for opportunities that align with what you're looking for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications and inquiries.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office-related services and supplies.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, record-keeping, and employee relations.
  • Assist with financial tasks, including budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and terminology
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
