QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is highly desirable. Excellent oral and written communication skills, financial literacy, attention to detail, and reliability are required. Three or more years of increasingly responsible related experience in a fast‑paced office environment preferred. Specialized training in secretarial or administrative support skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required;
experience with Adobe Acrobat preferred. Understanding of urban planning, urban design, small business support, and/or placemaking principles is desirable.
To perform the essential functions of the job, an individual may be required to stay in one position for prolonged periods of time, move occasionally throughout the office and the City, frequently handle light objects (
