Position SummaryCharacteristic Duties - Responsibilities
Curriculum Operations, 45%
- Supports day-to-day operational activities of AACC, including curriculum operations and office systems.
- Maintains and organizes records related to curriculum governance.
- Establishes and compiles curriculum records, submissions, reports, and data.
- Assembles and reports on data, metrics, and KPIs related to curriculum operations.
AACC Operations, 25%
- Maintains and organizes records related to accreditation and compliance.
- Establishes and organizes operational records, reports, and business data.
- Identifies and suggests process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Applies and communicates university policies and procedures.
- Serves as liaison with university service units and external vendors as necessary.
- Supports budgetary and financial tracking activities.
Administrative, 20%
- Provides executive-level administrative support to AACC leadership, including calendar coordination, meeting logistics, and document preparation.
- Provides clerical and administrative support as needed, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
- Maintains confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
Catalog Operations, 10%
- Organizes annual catalog revision process.
- Tracks revisions for data-informed catalog strategy development.
- Reports to external sources requiring catalog compliance.
Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired in the first two or three years in college, technical school or related field; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in a professional office setting, performing secretarial and administrative tasks, including experience with scheduling meetings, data entry, payroll processing, office machines, email and internet usage or in performing tasks related to the area of employment;
experience in word processing, spreadsheet, mail merge, database, calendaring, publishing, and/or presentation software; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong organizational and analytical skills; experience supporting senior leadership; proficiency with office and data analysis software.
