• Follow documented procedure for class recordings.
• Retrieve recordings according to the schedule for the semester.
• Utilize software provided to retrieve recordings.
• Edit recordings as needed using software provided.
• Send each recording to designated professor.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of basic office practices, procedures and equipment.
• Exemplary skills in customer service.
• Proficiency in Adobe products and video editing.
• Ability to create, maintain, and update such documents as needed and in a timely manner.
• Highly organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact in a professional, confidential and tactful manner with staff, faculty, students, alumni, outside organizations and service companies.
• Ability to think logically, to identify and solve problems, to formulate, suggest and implement new procedures and ideas to increase efficiency of operations.
• Ability to set priorities and complete projects on time with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to record information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work well on a team.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.

• Schedule:
  
  10-20 hours a week. May be more or less depending upon needs of department and student schedule.
• Work is performed in a typical office environment.
• Level of exposure to physical risk is very limited to none.
