Associate Digital Support Specialist

Role Overview

Green Stone Farm Credit Services is seeking a highly skilled Digital Support Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide the daily operation of the Customer Support function for Green Stone customers with the Customer Portal and online banking products.

Enjoy a consistent schedule of 8:00am-4:30pm Eastern, Monday – Friday providing you with a stable work-life balance. You will also participate in the rotation for On-Call support on a weekly basis from 5:30pm-8:00pm Eastern, Monday – Friday, and 9:00am-3:00pm Eastern on Saturday. This position will also allow for a hybrid schedule (a schedule of expected onsite and remote workdays will be discussed during the interview process).

There will be a minimum of one week on-site training in the Corporate Office within your first 30 days.

• The majority of the day will be spent answering phone calls and emails from external customers using MyAccess and Online Banking.
• These calls involve helping customers log in to their accounts and answering any questions about our digital tools.
• The Specialist will actively engage with the applications services team by providing customer feedback to improve the user experience.

• 1+ years of technical or business experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related majors preferred.
• Proven track record of excellent customer service.
• Experience with Farm Credit business processes desired.
