• Managing dispatch operations to coordinate efficient scheduling and service delivery for both our towing service and our auto repair shop.
• Handling customer transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
• Providing friendly and helpful customer service, both in person and over the phone.
• Assisting with administrative tasks to support daily operations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar or related position.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A customer-first mindset with a positive attitude.
• Basic proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems.
