• Equivalent to a High School diploma, supplemented by specialized training in customer service or communications desirable, with one to two years’ experience dealing directly with the public. Ability to operate a variety of office and computer equipment.
• Ability to be resourceful, alert and capable of exercising initiative and good judgment while working cohesively with others.
• Must be able to pass a State of Michigan criminal history background check.

Additionally, to perform the essential functions of the job, an individual may be required to maintain a physical condition necessary for sitting for long periods of time; general manual dexterity, adequate vision, hearing and speech required.
