Job SummaryThe Youth Program employs Adjunct Instructors to develop and teach non-credit courses offered intermittently throughout the year to students in grades 2 through 12. These courses are primarily hands‑on, interactive classes taught in face‑to‑face sessions. These short-term classes may be offered as one-week summer camps or as six-week (12 hour) after-school classes. This is an intermittent position and regular hours are not guaranteed.
The Youth Program is currently seeking Adjunct Instructors with teaching and/or training experience in the following disciplines:
Anatomy and/or Physiology, Artificial Intelligence, Biology, Digital Filmmaking, Medical Science, Nursing, Painting, Photography, and Robotics.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Teaching and/or training experience in one of the following subject areas:
Anatomy and/or Physiology, Artificial Intelligence, Biology, Digital Filmmaking, Medical Science, Nursing, Painting, Photography, or Robotics.

If an educational degree is required for this position, unofficial copies of transcripts from each institution of higher learning where either a degree has been conferred or coursework completed are required documents that must be submitted as part of the online application process. Additional InformationRegular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
