Michigan State University School of Criminal Justice has openings for up to ten (10) part time fixed term instructors to teach one to two courses per year. Searching for candidates with expertise or experience teaching in criminal procedure, criminology, policing, courts, corrections, cybersecurity, and private security. Duties include teaching online to students during the year. Salary and terms are negotiable based on experience.
Position is planned for a recurring basis.

The positions require a PhD degree for the rank of Assistant Professor, master's degree for the rank of Instructor or bachelor's degree for the rank of Assistant Instructor from an accredited university. Candidates must have a demonstrated record of teaching excellence and/or significant work experience in areas related to the teaching assignment (e.g., policing, courts, corrections, private security, or cyber-security).
