The Adult Enrichment program employs Adjunct Instructors to develop and teach non-credit courses offered intermittently throughout the year. These courses are short‑duration, personal‑interest classes for local community members seeking personal development and avocational skills, not college credit. Classes may be offered evenings and weekends and are not guaranteed regular hours. The program is currently seeking instructors with teaching and/or training experience in Animal Care, Artificial Intelligence, Gardening, Painting, Photography, or Spanish.

Develop and teach non‑credit courses in the assigned discipline. Prepare course materials and instructional plans. Maintain a regular on‑campus presence as required by LCC policies. Adapt scheduling to community needs. Regular on‑campus presence is expected for all LCC employment; flexible or hybrid schedules may be approved as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience OR teaching and/or training experience in Animal Care, Artificial Intelligence, Gardening, Painting, Photography, or Spanish.
• Applicants with educational credentials must provide unofficial transcripts from each institution of higher learning where either a degree has been conferred or coursework completed. Foreign‑educated applicants must provide a credential evaluation from an NACES‑member service.
• Background check will be conducted as part of the employment process.

• Teaching and/or training experience in an academic and/or corporate setting.
