Postdoctoral Research Fellow
Departmental Postdocs comprise the department Postdoctoral Fellows program. Postdoctoral Fellows contribute to the research and instructional mission of our unit. These are academic year appointed positions.
Grant-funded Postdocs support the research activities of currently funded external research grants, as outlined in the grants statement of work and budget. These positions are either academic or annual year appointments.
All positions are benefits-eligible and potentially renewable on an annual basis through Spring 2030, contingent upon satisfactory performance and availability of funding. Candidates will be evaluated on their potential in research and teaching.
Candidates are required to have a Ph.D. in Mathematics or related field by August 10, 2027. Applications from all areas of mathematical research will be considered. Postdoctoral scholars will be paired with faculty mentors with whom they have compatible research interests and will engage in our active instructional mentoring program.
