QualificationsA bachelor’s degree with major coursework in civil engineering or a related engineering discipline is required, and possession of, or the ability to obtain, registration as a Professional Engineer is desired. Work experience should include five years of progressively responsible civil engineering experience in road, water and/or sewer design, including two years of project supervisory responsibility. Demonstrated project management skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills are key.
