Concord Hospitality in East Lansing is seeking a Night Auditor/Front Desk Clerk for a part-time, on-site role. You will be at the hub of guest interactions, delivering hospitality with proactive, responsive service and a friendly, responsible attitude.
Responsibilities include assisting guests, handling charges and payments, and maintaining brand knowledge and emergency procedures. Prior front desk experience and familiarity with Choice Advantage PMS are preferred.
