As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms at the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center. To be successful, you must be organized and able to work independently to complete your assigned tasks. It is your job to prepare hotel rooms that are ready for paying guests.

• Cleaning and sanitizing hotel room bathrooms
• Vacuuming carpets and cleaning hard floors
• Making beds to hotel standard including hospital corners
• Properly sorting recycling and disposing of trash

Hospitality Business students:
This position meets the requirements for a Level 1 Internship!

• Be enrolled as a student at Michigan State University (during academic year)
• Must be available to work during summer (2026)
• Must be able to work weekend and evening shifts as needed.
• Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision

• Standing up for up to 4 hours at a time
