As a Recruiter, you will be engaging active and passive candidates for full and part-time positions within the organization. You will work with candidates and Hiring Managers to conduct interviews and guide the hiring process in order to ensure a smooth transition from application to hire.

- Drive the candidate management process with hiring managers, solidify offer processes and candidate acceptance.
- Source prospective candidates using proprietary database systems, job boards, and community‑based organizations.
- Determine job specifications, qualifications, and skills profile.
- Review resumes for appropriate skill sets to qualify candidates.
- Conduct behavior‑based pre‑screen interviews via telephone daily.
- Communicate expectations of the position to candidates clearly.
- Evaluate candidates against job requirements, engage the candidate in the opportunity, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage the hiring process for selected candidates, including arranging interviews, debriefing candidates and hiring managers, generating offer letters, and partnering with the coordinator for onboarding.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required;
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred. - 1‑3 years of experience in recruitment or Human Resources.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web browsers.
