At Green Stone Farm Credit Services, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is your chance to gain hands‑on recruiting experience, work alongside industry professionals, and help create exceptional candidate and employee experiences while supporting a mission that impacts rural communities across Michigan and Wisconsin.

No coffee runs here. You’ll be actively involved in projects and initiatives that help shape Green Stone’s future workforce.

• Assist with recruiting activities, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, assessments, and background check processes.
• Help create a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Support recruiting efforts to identify and attract top talent.

• Assist with planning and coordinating Green Stone’s internship program.
• Help create engaging experiences that support intern development, networking, and career growth.

• Help plan and coordinate Green Stone’s college recruiting and career fair season.
• Assist with registrations, event logistics, materials, and candidate engagement activities.
• Represent Green Stone’s employer brand while building relationships with students and universities.

• Partner with team members across Human Resources on projects and initiatives.
• Support department goals through collaboration, organization, and creative problem-solving.
• Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to help enhance recruiting and talent programs.

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources.
• Sophomore status or above in your academic program.
• A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
• Strong interest in or prior experience working in the agricultural sector.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Self‑motivated and eager to learn.
