Value Stream Manager

We’re looking for a Value Stream Manager in our Information Services department who can turn strategy into action and keep work flowing smoothly from roadmap to delivery. • Drive the flow of work across the value stream by translating product roadmaps into clear, actionable plans
• Partner with Product Management and Product Owners to sequence work for maximum business impact
• Monitor delivery metrics (predictability, throughput, business value) and champion continuous improvement
• Manage cross–value stream dependencies, risks, and readiness for each Program Increment
• Ensure work is sized, prioritized, and ready for PI planning and ART ceremonies
• Collaborate with other Value Stream Managers to align standards, practices, and delivery expectations
• Provide leadership to direct reports—coaching, developing, and empowering them to excel

• Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science or related field preferred)
• 5+ years of IT experience across multiple domains
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Working knowledge of SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, Agile principles, and value stream mapping
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills
• SAFe/Agile certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 1 year)
