Position Summary (Basic Job Function)

This is an on-call position. Provides food service, custodial, grounds maintenance, general labor or other main support on an on-call basis.

IPF Campus Services Custodial Services invites applications for this position. The department is responsible for all aspects of general daily cleaning in academic, athletic, and medical buildings. This position will work Monday through Friday, 5am - 9am. The wage will be $15.00.

This position will perform cleaning and maintenance activities; understands and gives verbal or written instructions; reads chemical, biological, or radioactive warning signs; removes snow with shovel or snow blower; retains training information required for custodial methods, equipment, and products; works with student employees and communicates and interacts with the University community; serves as a liaison with the Department of Public Safety;

maintains product inventory; makes independent decisions to accomplish acceptable cleaning standards using appropriate methods, products, and equipment.
