Our fast-growing agency is looking for a Part
-Time Brand Engagement Specialist to represent a leading beer brand and bring memorable brand experiences to life throughout the Michigan State University market in East Lansing.

- Design, produce, and activate experiential live brand experiences at events nationwide
- Execute product sampling and field marketing programs for leading beverage and snack

Here’s what we’re looking for:
An enthusiastic and engaging Brand Engagement Specialist who enjoys building connections and bringing brands to life within a vibrant college community. You’ll support local sales efforts, build relationships with key accounts, and execute impactful promotions that drive awareness and advocacy.
This role is perfect for a well-connected, outgoing student who understands campus culture and can spot trends, create experiences, and keep the brand top of mind.
Responsibilities Here’s what you’ll need to do:- Develop and execute local plans to showcase the beer brand across your near campus and
- Partner with local sales teams to identify opportunities for product placement, promotions, and
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, bar staff, and consumers to create beer brand
- Support distribution with branded materials and execute impactful promotional
- Track progress toward monthly goals, manage budgets, and report weekly activity
- Stay culturally connected - spot trends, set them, and keep our beer brand top of mind in your market
- Must be 21+ and enrolled in an accredited university in good standing
- Available 18+ hours per week, primarily Thursday–Saturday afternoons/evenings
- Outgoing, creative, and entrepreneurial with strong communication and organization skills
- Well-connected within your campus and community, with knowledge of local venues and consumer trends
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the local market
- Beer knowledge is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft suite

- Spring: January 18 – April 28th
- Hourly Rate: $28/hour
- Hours: 18 hours/week
- Bonus Eligible: $400 per candidate for the full 20-week engagement
