The Hamann lab is seeking a highly motivated, independent, and creative scientist for an open postdoctoral research associate position to work on investigating new solar energy conversion systems. The candidate will conduct basic research that includes electrochemical and photoelectrochemical investigations of dye-sensitized solar cell and related photoelectrochemical energy conversion systems.

A Ph.D. in chemistry or a related field, excellent communication skills and a strong track record of scientific productivity. Experience using electrochemistry, inorganic and material synthesis and characterization are required. Experience in advanced electrochemical methods, including impedance spectroscopy, is highly desired. Applicants should be able to work independently as well as working in an interdisciplinary team.
