Join our DYNAMIC team at Bickford Senior Living as the Breadbasket Manager! The Breadbasket Manager supports all aspects of our restaurant-style dining experience called the “Bread Basket.” This includes ordering, meal preparation, presentation, and the meal service experience.

• Occasional mandatory travel for training and development.
• Order food following company process in a timely, cost-effective manner.
• Provide necessary information (production sheets, recipes, prep/pull sheets, menus) to produce meals.
• Prepare meals per menus, processes, and expectations.
• Serve food timely, at correct temperatures, appropriately plated.
• Follow company process during meal service.
• Interact with residents in dining room to enhance experience.
• Follow the Kitchen Daily Task Guide.
• Use resident meal order information form to track physician ordered diets, allergies, preferences.
• Maintain food service records per regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Store food per regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Complete the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
• Ensure kitchen and dining room meet regulatory cleanliness requirements.
• Coordinate with marketing and life enrichment leaders for food/refreshments for tours and events.

• High School Diploma or GED and one year related experience.
• Willing to take additional training or education required by specific states.
• Serv Safe, CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, written and verbal communication skills, organizational and time management skills, good judgment, problem‑solving, decision‑making skills.
