The Dispensary Associate guides customers through the cannabis purchasing experience, offers informed product recommendations, ensures compliance, and maintains operational integrity in a fast‑paced environment.

• Deliver best‑in‑class customer experience while maintaining operational integrity and compliance throughout the store
• Guide customers through sales transactions while offering advice and knowledge
• Ensure the sales floor is stocked and displays are up‑to‑date and accurate
• Fulfill and pack customer orders and transfer completed orders to the sales floor for pickup
• Promote a positive, customer‑service oriented work environment and comply with established policies and procedures
• Continuously develop product knowledge to offer customers up‑to‑date information and advice
• Respond to customer inquiries in store, online, and over the phone
• Accurately use and maintain the point of sale (POS) system in person and over the phone
• Manage cash handling, customer cart management, and ringing of transactions
• Enter customer data accurately and timely
• Strive to achieve team and individual performance goals
• Verify proper paperwork, documentation, and required identification for customers
• Execute inventory, visual merchandising, marketing, or other in‑store operations as directed by Store Leadership
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and inviting store environment
• Complete store opening and closing checklists

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with cannabis point of sale (POS) software is a plus
• Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and comply with state and local laws, safety regulations, municipal codes, and company SOPs
• Must remain compliant with all regulatory requirements for the cannabis industry
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills

• Clear and effective communication skills

• Stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk or hear, taste or smell
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
