Inside Sales Representative

First National Bankof America is the largest buyer of seller-financed loans in the country and we are looking to add an additional top tier Inside Sales Representative to help us grow even larger. We value producers
and team players over credentials. The ideal candidate will possess an enthusiastic personality, the drive to achieve monthly goals and a desire to be part of a dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with land contract sellers nationwide to bid on the purchase of seller financed loans
• Accurately price and provide quotes to note holders to purchase notes
• Consistent follow up practices for signing up and closing seller-financed notes

Qualifications:

• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and sound judgment skills
• Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
• Experience with loan sales or purchasing loans is a plus
