Warehouse Associate​/Install Helper

Overview

The Meridian Company is looking for a motivated, hands‑on individual with a positive attitude to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone working in a warehouse or labor role who wants to break into the HVAC field and build a long‑term career.

You’ll start by supporting our warehouse and operations team while learning the trade, with a clear path to train and transition into an HVAC Install Helper role alongside our experienced technicians.

Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience and growth)

• Maintain inventory, stock shelves, and keep the warehouse organized and clean
• Support load‑outs and staging materials for HVAC installations
• Assist with fleet maintenance and keep vehicles job‑ready
• Safely lift, move, and load equipment up to 100 lbs
• Operate trucks and trailers as needed
• Learn HVAC tools, materials, and installation basics from experienced team members
• Gradually transition into the field as an HVAC Install Helper, assisting with installs and gaining hands‑on experience
• Participate in safety training and follow all safety procedures
• Deliver excellent service when interacting with team members and customers

• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn a skilled trade and grow into HVAC
• Ability to handle a physical workload (lifting up to 100 lbs)
• Organizational skills and a team‑first attitude
