National Gutter Installation Technician at Monarch Investment East Lansing, MI

Description

We are hiring a National Gutter Installation Technician in East Lansing, Michigan.

The role involves installing seamless gutters at our apartment communities across Michigan and surrounding states, with approximately 75% travel nationwide.

Working schedule:
Full-time, year-round, day shift; 3 weeks on, 1 week off; no weekends.

Pay: $25 hourly with excellent overtime potential and $50 per diem for overnight stays. Fully paid travel and lodging provided.

• 3+ years experience in seamless gutter installation.
• 2+ years operating a seamless gutter machine.
• 2+ years in exterior carpentry, fascia, soffit, trim, and deck building.
• Ability to assist with property operations, including structural maintenance, work orders, tree trimming, grounds/curb appeal, snow removal, pool maintenance, painting, staining, ladder climbing, and electrical work.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel nationally.
