- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and Quality Engineering documentation
- Execute manual and automated testing (functional, regression, performance, smoke)
- Build and maintain automated test scripts and ensure compatibility across environments
- Analyze processes, identify improvements, and contribute to requirements documentation
- Track project progress, communicate test metrics, and proactively mitigate risks
- Provide 2nd-level support, collaborate with vendors, and validate deployments
- Mentor teammates and stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree is required (Computer Science or related field preferred)
- 4+ years in a Quality Assurance role or in an IT environment is required
- 2+ years in automated testing is required
- Experience with object-oriented programming for test automation
- API testing, Dev Ops QA, and performance testing experience preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
