Our client, an innovative organization dedicated to maintaining and supporting a dynamic fleet, is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join their team. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be an essential part of the Base Operations supporting fleet readiness and operational excellence.

Job Title: Vehicle Technician

Location: East Liberty, OH

Pay Range: $40.54/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Configure, set up, maintain, diagnose, and sign off on vehicles for safe on‑road usage.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure fleet readiness.
• Coordinate and drive the repair process, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
• Create diagnostic test plans and maintain detailed service records and quality reports.
• Maintain shop facilities, tools, and workspace, ensuring an organized and efficient environment.

• Extensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair methods, tools, and materials.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of technician experience in a related field.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a responsible work ethic.
