There are many ways you may volunteer! Choose an opportunity that best aligns with your interests and availability, or propose a new idea! Here are just a few ways you might choose to help:
Resident Life Activities- Friendly visits
- Assist with or provide games, art, or craft activities
- Provide special entertainment
- Pet visits
- Discussion Group
- Bible study
- Lector
- Answer phone
- Filing or shredding
- Pull weeds, rake leaves
Opportunities are available at The Village of St. Edward at Fairlawn, The Village of St. Edward at Green, and The Village of St. Edward ividual volunteers must be at least 14 years old. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. We welcome groups of up to 15 people.
We care about our residents and we know you do too! To ensure a safe and fulfilling volunteer experience, and to comply with Ohio Department of Health requirements, volunteers visiting/working in resident rooms and those volunteering more than 10 hours per month must complete a TB test and background check prior to serving.

* Please Note:
If you are completing service hours for work, school, or community group, that exceeds 10 hours you are not required to undergo TB testing before volunteering. However, if you choose to continue to volunteer following the completion of those hours, you will be required to complete the testing.
