Midwest Express Inc is seeking an experienced 1220 MAP Operations Team Leader for the 4:30pm–1:00am shift in East Liberty, OH. You will lead a warehouse production team, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive KPI performance in SQCDME areas.
Responsibilities include coaching staff, conducting audits, reporting manpower, preparing daily and monthly reviews, and maintaining effective internal/external communication. Experience with logistics is preferred.
