What You'll DoAnalyze Financial Performance Record, review, and analyze financial transactions with a high level of accuracy
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities hidden within financial data Prepare financial reports and statement generators that support business decisions
Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements
Improve Financial Processes Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
Support month-end close activities alongside Customer Success Managers Help improve bookkeeping workflows through data-driven recommendations
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reporting accuracy
Deliver Actionable Insights Transform financial data into meaningful reports for leadership
Collaborate across departments to improve reporting processes
Utilize financial systems and analytical tools to support operational excellence
Assist leadership with special financial analysis projects and strategic initiatives
Leverage Technology Utilize platforms such as Xero, Great Plains, Excel, and other financial reporting tools
Explore ways to automate processes and improve data accuracy
Continuously seek new methods to enhance reporting and financial visibility

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred:
Experience with Xero, Great Plains, Quick Books, or similar accounting software
Experience developing financial reports, dashboards, or performance metrics
Interest in process improvement, automation, and financial systems optimization
Experience supporting multi-entity or growing organizations
