* Job Description:

** The Over-the-Road Truck Driver is responsible for operating tractor-trailers and other commercial vehicles to transport containerized materials across designated routes. This role ensures the safe, compliant, and timely movement of both hazardous and non-hazardous waste while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Follow all company health, safety, and environmental procedures, maintaining safe work practices at all times
* Execute assigned routes efficiently, coordinating with dispatch and customer support teams to optimize pickups and deliveries
* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, including verifying equipment condition and ensuring vehicles are properly fueled and ready for operation
* Transport waste materials to and from customer locations and designated facilities in accordance with all regulatory requirements
* Verify that all containers are properly labeled, secured, and meet transportation compliance standards
* Accurately complete manifests, shipping documents, and required regulatory paperwork for each load
* Maintain driver logs and records in compliance with DOT and applicable state and federal regulations
* Load and unload materials as needed, including handling drums and other containers
* Interact professionally with customers, serving as a reliable and courteous company representative
* Support additional operational tasks as needed to meet business demands
** Qualifications
* ** Minimum of 1 year of Class A CDL driving experience required
* High school diploma or equivalent required
** Additional Requirements
*** Ability to meet company driving standards and maintain a valid CDL
* Willingness and ability to obtain any additional endorsements as needed
* Capable of wearing required personal protective equipment, including respiratory protection
* Understanding of (or ability to learn) applicable DOT, OSHA, and RCRA regulations
* Strong communication skills for coordination with internal teams and customer contacts
* Ability to remain alert and operate safely in dynamic work environments
* Consistent attendance and dependability in performing job duties
