Experience and Skill Requirements

  • Completed matric certificate
  • 4+ years experiene in administration
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office
  • Knowledge of licensing and related processes would be highly advantageous
  • Valid drivers' license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to;

  • Managing and processing monthly bulk and ad-hoc vehicle licensing
  • Ensuring accurate distribution and control of licensing documentation
  • Managing COFs and renewal schedules
  • Coordinating all processes related to vehicle licensing
  • Fuel control and invoicing administration
  • Control and monitoring of fire certificates
  • Petty cash control related to all fleet activities
  • Responsible for ordering consumables and attending to various administrative tasks to support the branch
