Role OverviewWe are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Receptionist & Administration Clerk to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide administrative support to various departments.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner and direct to the correct Department
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assisting with overflow of client quotations
- Other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Professional and positive attitude
