A well-established commercial property management company is seeking an experienced Regional Finance Manager to oversee the full financial function for a commercial property portfolio in the Eastern Cape
.
The role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls, and effective financial support to operations and asset management teams across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the regional finance function for a commercial property portfolio
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Manage annual budgets, forecasts, OPEX and CAPEX expenditure
- Monitor cash flow, debtors, credit control, and recoveries
- Ensure accurate lease accounting, billings, and tenant recoveries
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, tax, and statutory requirements
- Manage audits and liaise with external auditors and stakeholders
- Implement and maintain strong financial controls and governance
- Provide financial insights and reporting to regional and executive management
