Human Resources Practitioner

Feltex is seeking an experienced HR Practitioner to provide a full-function Human Resources service in terms of advice, administration, support, control, and coordination of all Human Resources activities at plant level in East London. The successful incumbent will be responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support to ensure effective people management and compliance.

This role plays a key part in supporting operational excellence by managing HR processes, monitoring employee relations metrics, coordinating recruitment and training, and driving continuous improvement in HR practices. The HR Practitioner will also serve as a primary point of contact for plant-level HR needs, foster a culture of engagement and accountability, and ensure all HR activities align with organisational objectives and compliance requirements.
