Town of East Longmeadow is seeking a Collector's Assistant (UPSEU Clerical) for a full-time 37.5‑hour work week. The position supports water/sewer billing, posts receipts, balances cash, and responds to inquiries under MA law and town policies.
The role backs up the Collector/Treasurer, prepares weekly bills, and generates monthly/year-end reports using MS Office, Google Suite, and MUNIS. An associate degree or equivalent experience is required, with strong customer service and organization.
