East Longmeadow Public Schools is seeking a Special Education Team Facilitator to lead and coordinate teams for students placed out-of-district, homeschooled, or transitioning between schools.
You will collaborate with Educational Team Leaders, Building Coordinators and the Director of Student Services to ensure compliance, initiate evaluation processes, and serve as the primary contact for transition planning and placement decisions. Starting date:
Immediately;
Part-time position.
