Job Description

The Role: Provide general office support and assists with the daily operation of the school’s main office in the absence of either school secretary. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting and assisting visitors, supporting students and staff, completing basic clerical tasks, and helping maintain an organized and efficient main office. The Substitute Secretary may also assist with attendance, communications, records, and other office duties as needed.

Welcome to Meadow Brook School! Meadow Brook School serves East Longmeadow students in preschool through second grade in a nurturing child centered environment. At Meadow Brook, we feel that reaching children where they are functioning-academically, socially, emotionally, and physically-is critical to their development. We offer a challenging curriculum that is aligned with the Massachusetts State Frameworks as well special subjects such as Physical Education, Art, Music, Computer Lab, and Library.

We also have a comprehensive special education program as well as gifted and talented education.
