• Currently enrolled in an accredited engineering degree program (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields).
• Strong foundational knowledge of engineering principles and mathematics.
• Proficiency in using engineering software tools such as CAD (Computer‑Aided Design) or simulation software.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate within a team environment.
• Ability to commit to the full duration of the co‑op term as specified by the program.
• Previous internship or co‑op experience in an engineering role (preferred).
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++ (preferred).
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (preferred).
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the engineering discipline (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively (preferred).
