The Job:
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll be part of our Operations team working as an onsite employee.

• Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Review and improve existing manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Ensure that equipment, processes, and tooling, operate at satisfactory levels.
• Perform process capability studies.
• Identify and implement safety and productivity improvements.
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives that support continuous process improvements.
• Document work standards and instructions.
• Investigate production concerns.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Identify new equipment, processes, and tooling.
• Oversee procurement, plant layout, installations, and validations.
• Initiate capital budget requests.
• Plan, justify, and implement manufacturing proposals.
• Participate in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with all EH&S policies as defined by Stanley Black & Decker, OSHA, and other regulatory agencies.
• Work cohesively within our team environment, participating in various projects and events to support the Plant’s needs.
• Engage with personnel from other departments and disciplines to successfully drive and complete tasks.

• 5+ years relevant engineering experience
• Related experience with process equipment, steel machining and welding
• Skilled in hands on equipment troubleshooting and process improvements
• Excellent project management skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office software and CAD

The Salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $. This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
