• Administrate plant‑level engineering changes and update the manufacturing ERP system (SAP) to accommodate those changes.
• Interact with multiple functions within a manufacturing environment to establish and implement master data critical to daily business operations.
• Serve as a hands‑on SAP expert, performing functions such as creating and modifying material masters, change masters, and part numbers.
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Alternate BOMs, calculate BOM quantities, and keep BOM yields per Finance instructions.
• Create and maintain production versions (PVs), routes, and alternate routes.
• Work with finance and manufacturing engineering to establish and maintain work centers.
• Manage part discontinuation (NOD) and maintain supporting documentation for parts and BOMs.
• Maintain documents supporting SAP process rates, monitor plant‑level “Temporary Change” documents for potential process or rate changes, and conduct audits to capture any changes.
• Administer plant‑level Engineering Changes (LECNs) for the East Longmeadow plant, coordinating with the plant-level Engineering Change Request (LECR) system.
• Develop and implement an alternative workflow to manage LECR/LECN document processing, potentially using manual methods such as email.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• More than 3 years of experience working with SAP in a factory‑floor environment.
• Excellent mathematical skills.
• Experience conducting time studies and setting work standards (plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good written and oral English communication skills.
