Stanley Black & Decker - - Responsibilities:
Manage internal and external processes to ensure adequate MRO supplies to minimize equipment downtime.;
Partner with internal resources and external suppliers to maintain correct/effective MRO inventory levels.;
Lead inventory optimization efforts including reviewing MIN/MAX with preferred suppliers and purchasing team.;
Be the voice of the plant to Global Supply Chain MRO and Sourcing teams to ensure the MRO program is efficient.;
Monitor KPIs related to MRO and ensure service levels are met by preferred suppliers.
