2nd Shift Auto Finishing Operator

Auto Finishing Operator (2nd shift) Tuesday – Friday, 4:15 pm-2:45 am

Must be able to train on day shift:
Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Pay Range: $+9% Shift Differential

You will be part of our Stanley Black & Decker team located in East Longmeadow, MA, assembling, labeling, and manually packing saw blades.

Work individually or with a team to assemble, label, and manually pack saw blades.

• Select work according to priority.
• Perform requisite quality checks and take appropriate action based on results.
• Report production data to supervision.
• Move products between various workstations or inventories.
• Identify priorities and move between packaging workstations, including those in other departments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, cleanliness, and organization of the work area.
• Continuously improve personal and team performance.
• Communicate problems, solutions, and other information to coworkers, including those on other shifts.
• Follow all safety guidelines.
• Perform other similar or related duties as assigned or directed.

Demanding, fast‑paced position resulting from deadline pressures, simultaneous competing demands, and changing priorities.

Light physical effort required, equivalent to lifting, pushing, pulling 5 to 40 pounds.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Hourly rate: $20.82–$21.87 (base) with a 9% shift differential, inclusive of wage adjustments as applicable.
