• Perform various duties including offloading all machines for a variety of holesaw sizes, following standard established methods and procedures as well as assembling kits.
• When offloading the Apex remove painted holesaw from spindle and place it in wooden tray.
• Place unpainted saw on spindle.
• Move painted products to the appropriate packaging IPK.
• Check for quality, any holesaws that don’t meet standard put aside for rework.
• Set up several automatic and manual boxing, blister and pad printing equipment.
• Retrieve packaging material from storage racks to load machinery and to assemble kits.
• Record usage of all material on traveler per ISO standards.
• Perform regular routine maintenance to the equipment and post information to maintenance log.
• Fill out daily production sheet as well as input numbers into iPad.
• Detect and report defective material or equipment, unusual situations or other problems to supervisor.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a neat and orderly manner.
• Perform other similar or related duties as assigned or directed.

Demanding, fast-paced position resulting from deadline pressures, simultaneous competing demands and changing priorities. Shift change to 10 hours a day as needed for service and attainment goals.
